    • Inside Out
A large assemblage of different fabrics and materials layered over one another, mainly in shades of grey and blue, forming an irregular shape longer than it is tall. At the center is a large rectangular blue tarp simulating a body of water, folded over with rivets on top. On top of it is a long-stemmed branch of yellow flowers and a golden yellow piece of fabric. A piece of hot pink lace hangs from the bottom right of the tarp.
Tuesday Smillie, The Hudson River Jordan.

A large assemblage of different fabrics, mainly in shades of black, forming an irregular shape longer than it is tall similar in shape to a flag. At the top right the fabric is stained or painted red, with an impression of lace or flowers on top. At the bottom right are black roses, attached to a bright red square on the fabric and to the black fabric. On the bottom left of the fabric, printed in black letters with red stitching is the phrase “The ones stealing from you call you thief.” To the underside of the flag is attached the fabric of a psychedelic red and pink umbrella.
